Muffin Tin Monday - it's a jungle in here!

Hello! It's that day again, Muffin Tin Monday. Welcome!

A jungle theme was on the agenda and I scarcely scraped this together in time to share.
Muffin TIn Monday - It's a Jungle

The top row is the jungle canopy - fresh kale chips.
The bottom row:
- coconut cookies, a parrot, monkey, and tiger. These are from the little box of treats I brought home from Disney World.
- strawberries with an elephant bento pick
- banana chunks with a monkey bento pick

I was feeling pretty "blah" over this (lame) attempt at a themed muffin tin, but Paige took one look at it and exclaimed, "ooh! It looks like a jungle!". Well then!  Mission accomplished! ;)

New to Muffin Tin Monday? Check out the MTM information page to read all about it. The schedule of themes can be found there too. :)

My phone kept moving the thumbnails around and I ended up clicking the wrong one :-(. Can you fix please. There is no option for me to delete and redo. Thanks for hosting!

Anna, I can't fix the photo, but you should be able to delete it now and upload it with the correct thumbnail!

I love when my kids love something I "threw together". Those cookies look adorable!

Paige's comment made me chuckle at myself. I often feel like I've fallen short when I try to make a decorative lunch, but then my kids look at them and they're almost invariably happy with them. (Well, son #2 is at least...) I've gotta work to keep in mind that I make these things for them, not an internet audience!

Those kale chips look good!

I also think you did a great job. Never heard of Kale chips before. I have just started using kale recently to juice it.
I love your cute picks.
Gotta love it when the children appreciate the meals.
Sorry, I have been doing such a poor job of following the themes. If we hadn't just started Oo: Octopus this week I probably would have gone with the jungle idea.
Thanks for the linky.
