Muffin Tin Monday | rainbow for St. Patrick's Day

Despite our best efforts we did not see, let alone catch!, any leprechauns yesterday. Tricky little buggers.

I went with a really simple, fast, and easy rainbow theme for our St. Patrick's Day muffin tin lunch.

Muffin Tin Monday - rainbow of food for St. Patrick's Day

Strawberries, mini organic peanut butter & crackers (from Trader Joe's), blueberries, carrots, cucumbers, and grapes.

The rainbow colored silicone cups are from a cute kid's cookbook I bought a couple years ago.

Supplies used to make this muffin tin meal:

Simple, yummy and healthy. Can't go wrong there!
I have those silicone cups, though I wasn't able to get the book (I was ordering from For Small Hands and they were out). Unfortunately I have one set and four children (3 of which get large muffin tins) so my tin isn't quite as bright and colorful as yours.
Thanks for the linky.

I did muffin tin Monday once, and my daughter loved it! The reason I have not done it since it that the muffin tin doesn't fit in the lunch bag. Any suggestions for a bag to fit a muffin tin?

Anonymous #3 - we don't do muffin tins for school lunch, and I haven't transported them out of the house. I'm sorry I don't have a clever lunch bag suggestion! We do muffin tins as a fun meal on a weekend day and occasionally as a shared after-school snack!
