CuteZCute | a glowing review & giveaway

Warning: this post contains gobs of gushing and a range of rambling. If you can tolerate it, you'll be rewarded at the end.

Last fall my favorite online bento shop contacted me to see if I'd like to try out a new sandwich cutter set they had created. It looked super cute, and I am a sucker for cute sandwich shapes, so of course I said yes.

cutekitties

Then it came. I cooed at it's cuteness in the package and popped it in a cabinet to play with when time allowed. And then time never allowed. Fall was full of travel and tests and more travel and stress and holidays. And then it was a new year. And here we are now.

oink piggie face sandwiches

I pulled that cute cutter set out of the cabinet last week to play. Oh dear. It is cuter in action than I ever could have guessed.  I am a lunch maker obsessed with this new gadget. These animal faces just kill me with cuteness.

Ribbit frog face sandwiches

Maybe you've seen this already. Like I said, it's been out for several months now.... but my, oh my. I love it. Love, LOVE, L.O.V.E. it.

cute little panda sandwiches for bento

It's called CuteZCute.
It's a 6 piece set: head shape cutter, plus four face pieces, and a poking tool.
Each face is dual sided, one side stamps a face impression, while the flip side cuts out the facial features.

cutezcute set

Panda, Frog, Pig, and Cat.
So, so, so CUTE.

The set is super easy to use (directions included in the box).
Really nicely made (just the right thickness to make it sturdy).
Dishwasher safe (top rack, of course!).
And cute (did I mention that yet?).

The CuteZCute is available for sale at BentoUSA and on Amazon (ships free with Prime!).

cutezcute

I am so smitten with this cutter set I feel like sharing the love. In other words, a giveaway! For one CuteZCute cutter kit. Yay!

Just leave a comment on this post, one per person, please.
I will pick a winner at random this weekend. Let's say Sunday evening (1/27/13).
I'll announce the lucky person on the Another Lunch Facebook Page (and also on this post).
The winner has 48 hours to respond or another winner will be chosen.

******* WINNER: SHERRY GICK - CONGRATULATIONS!!! *******

Open to US peeps only. Sorry! I'm going to be ordering this from Amazon and have it shipped directly to the winner.

disclaimer: I was sent a CuteZCute set to try out. No other compensation was received. The prize for this giveaway is being purchased by me, just because I feel like it. :)
